I help Chris Stoness run Elite Window Cleaning full-time and this is something I’ve always wanted to do. In my day-to-day I run all the marketing operations and work in the back-end call centre/office. I work in the field too, but less than I used to.
I want to audit your services to sniff out the professional bullshit you might be overpaying on. I hate when an industry veils its language to keep people from understanding it. I’m the type of person to audit $180,000 of invoices hidden in 100’s of pages to make sure Elite didn’t pay a cent on a bad media purchase.
I want to give you my professional insight to provide value and grow your business. I am not here to lecture you on “what is wrong” I am here to “find ways to make things great.”

In the Summer of 2017 I worked as a window cleaner in Kingston for Elite Window Cleaning, not knowing the rabbit-hole I would go down after I finished school.
In April 2018 I finished my last exam for the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. Three days later I started working full time in the office as a 1-man marketing team who also wore the hats of analytics, strategy and part-time answering phones. I was really bad at answering phones. Since then, I’ve worked under a lot of different titles (none of them official) and now I’m the de facto “right hand” to CEO Chris Stoness.
Over the 2018 and 2019 seasons I was part of the team that scaled Elite Window Cleaning across the province of Ontario (London, St.Catharines, Hamilton, Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, Cambridge, Oakville, Milton, Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Scarborough, Whitby/Pickering, Barrie, Peterborough, Belleville & Ottawa). I managed hundreds of thousands of dollars of media purchases. When it seemed like we weren’t getting what was in our agreement, I personally audited hundreds of pages of information to fight (and win) against an invoice over $180,000.
Last week (August 2020) I started working on a new project to grow and develop an Elite Window Cleaning homeowner product – our own water fed pole. This is an exciting new avenue that I’m working on. I get to work with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and potential clients, all while creating a new brand image and customer experience in a completely different industry than what I’m used to.
It got me thinking about the types of problems I like to work on. It got me thinking about what I could be doing in my spare time. That’s why I want to help your business, because solving business problems is interesting to me.
